Sahl Ibn Sa`d (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (may the
peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had said:
That who takes care of an orphan and I will be in Paradise. He raised his forefinger and
middle finger by way of illustration.

Lessons Deduced:
1. The hadith arouses interest in caring for the orphan and guarding his wealth.
2. Rights of social solidarity are not restricted to ones kith and kin but they extend to included all Muslims suffering distresses, weakness, or miserable orphanage.
3. The hadith pinpoints that he who cares for the orphan will seize a high status in Paradise.
