On the authority of `Abdullah bin Mas`ud (may Allah be pleased with him) who said:
Allah's Messenger (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) cursed that who
accepts usurious interest, the one who pays it, those who record it, and those who stand
witness to it.

Lessons Deduced:
- Usury is grievously prohibited, because if the writer of the contract and the witness are
cursed, then the giver and taker will be subject to greater condemnation.
