Abu Hurairah (Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) had said:
I have seen a man going about in Paradise rewarded because of cutting down a tree which was overhanging a road and harming the people.

Lessons Deduced:
1.It is recommended to remove any impediment that may disturb people in the streets.
2.It is also recommended to do anything that is of interest to Muslims and prevents their harm.
3. Islam enjoins that public works like roads and gardens be preserved and kept clean.
