On the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) who reported that Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said:
If anyone invites others to follow right guidance, his reward will be equivalent to those of the people who follow him without decreasing their reward in any way.

1. The Hadith urges people to encourage good as one who encourages a good action and the one who does it will be equal in attaining the reward.
